10 Week Gym Introduction Course

Join us at our new 10 week introductory course for teenagers that would like to use a gym facility but don’t have the opportunity. We are now utilising our expertise in order to help develop children that play sport recreationally or those that aren’t interested in sport yet want to understand and appreciate the benefits of resistance training.

Our coaches have experience of working with elite and grassroots teams as well as teaching Physical education and gym based activities in state and private schools.

As part of this introductory course each participant will receive:

1. Expert tuition and advice

2. Learn how to lift safely with great technique and purpose 

3. Age-appropriate training based on the scientific evidence

4. A complete programme to use at home or another gym

5. Health and nutrition advice.

This is the ideal course for those that would like to be more active, lose body fat or gain muscle.
