Athlete Academy Programme (Two sessions per week)
Athletes are first exposed to the fundamental movements required to improve overall athleticism. The larger an athletes movement vocabulary the more equipped they will be to cope with the demands of the their sport. Athlete’s are expected to attend 2 sessions a week, however an online programme is available for those that miss a session.
Current session times are 5-6pm on Mondays and Wednesdays, 6-7pm on Fridays
