At Advance we put the athlete at the centre of everything we do, providing the ideal environment for each athlete to achieve their individual goal. We are specialists in the physical preparation of young athletes from high profile sports team's as well as regional and national level. That said, you don’t need to be a high level athlete to train with us, as we offer solutions for all ages and abilities.
Training at our state of the art facility provides the idea environment for our athletes to develop the fundamentals of athleticism. Once a substantial movement vocabulary has been built, we can then progressively start to implement strength, power and speed work, in order to build robust athletes able to meet the demands of their sport.
Our strength room consists of 4 lifting platforms, 8 resistance machines and a full dumbbell rack while our conditioning room has 2 more racks, a rig, a range of plyometric options, 6 pieces of cardio equipment and a 20 metre track.
With our user friendly App, we monitor our athletes performance levels whilst also tracking their lifestyle, health and wellbeing. Our App provides our community of athletes with additional tools to help structure their training week, delivering them a full S&C programme and alowing them to monitor, and beat, previous personal bests .
Athlete’s monitor their health and wellbeing at the beginning of each week with a reflective look back over the previous 7 days with sleep, nutrition, fatigue and soreness recorded to allow coaches to structure the upcoming training session.
With re-assessment and goal setting every 12 weeks allowing coaches to make informed decisions on the next phase of the training programme, in order to help drive the desired adaptations.
