WHAT TO BRING

  • Trainers suitable for running and gym based exercise
  • Foam roller (if applicable)
  • Sports clothing (may want to bring a spare change of clothes)
  • Water bottle and packed lunch with additional snacks to consume around training sessions

£30 per day or £75 per week
