EDUCATION: NUTRITION & LIVING LIKE AN ATHLETE

DAY 2 

TRAINING FOCUS: POWER

EDUCATION: RECOVERY 

DAY 3

TRAINING FOCUS : STRENGTH

EDUCATION: PLANNING YOUR TRAINING WEEK 

 We also include lots of fun games and a chance for athletes to make new friends in an engaging, laid back atmosphere. 

WHAT TO BRING

  • Trainers suitable for running and gym based exercise
  • Foam roller (if applicable)
  • Sports clothing (may want to bring a spare change of clothes)
  • Water bottle and packed lunch with additional snacks 
  • The mindset to work hard!
