SPORT PERFORMANCE CAMPS FOR TEAMS 1-3 days
Our coaching team have years of experience working with a large number of professional clubs and academy players. Our day camps are the perfect tool to help improve the physical qualities of each player, translating to improvements in your team’s performance.
Athletes will learn more about managing training load, training fundamentals and injury reduction, to ensure they are on the pitch more often than not.
Frequently Asked Questions
Please bring along a water bottle, a snack to have in our morning break, lunch for lunchtime, and come along in comfortable gym clothes and clean trainers.
Our recommended age ranges for athletes on camp are 6yrs – 16yrs.
No! Our camps are inclusive to all, beginners or experienced athletes.

Our camps are structured around a Long Term Athletic Development Model to prepare athletes for the demands of sport, and everyday life. We utilise this model through fun games, challenges, movement drills, power training and strength training, as well as learning more about managing training load, training fundamentals and injury reduction, and qualities of an athlete off pitch and outside the gym.
