Experience a new level of Personal training at the Performance Lab. Our team of personal trainers are highly qualified, skilled, and experienced. By understanding the key principles of strength and conditioning, each personal trainer applies this to their individual client.

Lab Personal Training includes:

Individual Training Plan

Our training plans are created from a needs analysis, ability, and training experience. Therefore, each plan is individual. You will be coached through the different exercises and drills. 

Using our App, training loads, training volume and exertion levels are captured, helping your personal trainer to personalise your training programme.

Monitoring and Tracking

Your personal trainer will benchmark a series of data points. These range from health-related, body-fat, blood pressure, lifestyle questionnaire to performance, strength levels, strength ratio, power, and anaerobic capacity. By monitoring and tracking your personal data points, this helps your coach to alter your training, and to give you advice and answer lifestyle/nutrition questions.

The key principles of strength and conditioning can be applied to all abilities, individuals, and teams; that’s our expertise. We value and care about every client’s health and wellbeing, and as such, will coach and support each client through their Strength Code journey and what we call ‘Following the Code’.

Book into the Prepare to Lift course to learn the fundamental lifts.
