THE STRENGTH CODE

The Strength Code is a no-nonsense concurrent training, with key principles adopted from strength and conditioning.  To achieve any fitness goal, your training needs to hit different fitness qualities and stimulate adaptation. The Strength Code will keep you motivated, engaged, whilst working hard. 

The great thing about the Strength Code Programme is that everyone can follow it, as you work to your level and ability. If you are new to strength training, we have created Prepare to Lift sessions to welcome you to the community and boost your confidence. For experienced lifters why not join one of our classes or work directly with our experienced team of coaches.

Learn & practice the fundamental lifts

Book into the Prepare to Lift course to learn the fundamental lifts.

Perform regular strength training

Perform training in the gym or book into a class. Plan to complete a least two sessions per week.

Monitor and track your progress

Use our app to track and monitor your progress.

Eat real food

Reduce process foods and ultra processed foods. Eat real food and nutrition to fuel your training and recovery.

Allow for recovery and rest

Learn to find balance in your lifestyle and training.
