Lift – Our Signature Class

At Advance Performance we offer a lifting class designed to help individuals of all fitness levels unlock their potential, increase strength, and achieve their fitness goals. Our state-of-the-art, private strength and conditioning facility provides the perfect environment for you to challenge yourself, increase strength in the fundamental lifts, and become part of a great community.

Class Overview: Our Lift classes are comprehensive sessions designed to improve overall strength and muscular development, reduce injury risk, and improve personal wellbeing. Whether you’ve graduated from our prepare to lift course or an experienced lifter, our expert coaches will guide you through progressive training techniques, to ensure proper form,  providing education and personalised attention, for you to achieve your best results.

  1. Progress Tracking: Set measurable goals, receive regular assessments, and stay motivated throughout your fitness journey via our strength code app.
  2. Injury reduction: Bullet proof your body with injury reduction strategies for confident and safe training and improved performance
  3. Supportive Community: Connect with like-minded individuals in our welcoming, motivating and nurturing gym environment.
  4. Flexible Schedule: Choose from morning and evening sessions to accommodate your busy lifestyle and maintain consistency in your training.
 
Current sessions: Tuesday 7pm – 8pm and Saturday 11.45am – 12.45pm
