GOLF STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING WITH GOLF PRO, JOSHUA JORDAN. TUESDAYS AND/OR THURSDAYS 6-7PM 

Joshua Jordan is a Golf Performance Trainer based in Surrey, UK. Joshua turned professional himself back in 2018, after playing collegiate golf in the US. He has multiple years of experience as both a player as well as a coach, having built a wide array of clientele which sees him working day to day with both elite amateurs as well as touring professionals, to ensure they are prepared for the demands of the game. 

Golf is a dynamic sport, which requires a high level of physical preparedness, as physical preparedness can help to reduce possible musculoskeletal injuries and drive on course performances.Research has shown that regular physical training (strength and conditioning) can develop strength and power, along with other physical capacities, with strength and power being associated with an increase in club head speed.Using physical characteristics of established golfers can form a baseline of the different physical capacities and skills, which can be specifically trained and developed via consistent strength and conditioning sessions.
