ATHLETE ACADEMY PROGRAMME (AAP)
The Athlete Academy Programme (AAP) is an evidence based, long term athlete development pathway, created to provide high quality strength and conditioning (S&C) to athletes, not only to prepare them for the demands of their sport, but also for everyday life.
The importance of embarking upon an S&C programme from an early age is extremely well documented, as embedding lifestyle skills along with physical training will develop the complete athlete.
We have sessions available every Monday-Friday at the Lab.
