Our Prepare to Lift, 8-week programme prepares you perfectly for the more advanced classes that we offer. We chart your progress for each session via our app and adjust your workouts to achieve optimal results. When you sign up you’ll get a strength code app that tells us exactly where and how your body is progressing!
